We're supporting a growing organisation that is looking for a driven, analytical and ambitious newly qualified accountant to join their high‑performing finance team as a Finance Analyst. What You'll Be Doing

• Producing monthly P&Ls and owning balance sheet reconciliations
• Delivering insightful variance analysis and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activities
• Partnering with operational teams to understand performance, risks and opportunities
• Enhancing reporting tools and driving automation using Excel/BI solutions
• Contributing to wider finance projects, including system improvements and investment modelling
• Assisting with audit and year‑end processes

What We're Looking For

• Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Confident Management Accounts skills
• Analytical skills; the ability to tell the story behind the numbers
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with stakeholders across the business
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a bonus
• Someone proactive, organised and eager to learn
• A continuous improvement mindset
