Are you a Finance or Accounting graduate with 1-2 years' experience looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a motivated Assistant Management Accountant to join our growing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across management accounting, treasury, financial reporting and business partnering within a large organisation that values ambitious people who are passionate about learning, development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end reporting and prepare journals.
• Assist with payroll accounting and cost allocations.
• Prepare balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Process intercompany transactions and recharges.
• Support cashflow reporting and treasury activities.
• Assist with VAT returns and audit preparation.
• Produce financial reports and analyse control accounts.
• Help improve finance processes and systems.
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider finance team.

About You

You'll ideally have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Around 1-2 years' experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, SUMIFS).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
