As Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with commercial, operations, and senior leadership teams to drive performance, provide insightful analysis, and support key decision-making. This role goes beyond the numbers - it's about influencing outcomes and adding real value.

Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to drive business performance and profitability.

  • Deliver insightful analysis on sales, margin, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.

  • Support strategic initiatives with financial modelling and scenario planning.

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards for senior stakeholders.

  • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with finance colleagues to ensure consistency in reporting and planning.

  • Influence and challenge business decisions using data-driven insights.

  • Support new product launches, supply chain initiatives, and commercial projects.

Requirements


  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA).

  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced commercial environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn data into actionable insight.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly proficient in Excel and financial modelling; experience with ERP systems preferred.

  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
