Assistant Management Accountant
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £30-35,000 DOE + Study Support

We're working with a well-established business that are now looking to expand their team with the additon of an Assistant Management Accountant to support the business as they continue to grow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part qualified accountant to work within a high performing team in a role that will offer lots of career progression in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role:
As Assistant Management Accountant, you'll support the production of accurate and timely financial information to drive commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts (journals, accruals, prepayments)

• Balance sheet reconciliations and VAT returns

• Assist with year-end audit processes

• Cashflow forecasting

• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the group

• Providing payroll data and occasional support across purchase/sales ledger

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in an Assistant Management Accountant role

• Part Qualified

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Confident communicator and proactive team player
