This is the perfect role for a Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager ready to step up. You'll work closely with directors, lead and develop your team, and build lasting client relationships - all within a supportive and progressive environment.

The Role

As a Client Services Manager, you'll:

• Manage and develop your own portfolio of diverse clients, becoming their trusted adviser.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Work collaboratively with directors and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Support firm growth by retaining clients and developing new opportunities.
• Coach, develop, and lead members of the accounts team.

About You

We're looking for a Client Services Manager who is:

• ACA / ACCA qualified.
• Experienced in practice at Manager or Assistant Manager or Senior level.
• Confident working with a variety of clients, particularly owner-managed businesses.
• Tech-savvy (knowledge of CCH desirable).
• A natural leader who inspires and energises others.
• An excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
