Data Analyst

Reporting to the Growth Operations Manager within the Office of the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), this role forms the analytical backbone of strategic decision-making. You will build and maintain a suite of insights that sharpen visibility into performance, strengthen account expansion, and drive consistent, informed execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Sell and Growth Analytics

  • Identify and target cross-sell opportunities across Practices, using data to reveal complementary client relationships and growth synergies.

  • Track and report progress on cross-sell initiatives, giving the CGO and senior leadership clear visibility into collaboration outcomes and revenue impact.

  • Provide insights to unlock "white-space" potential within existing accounts-including new buyers, geographies, assets, and therapeutic areas-as well as new accounts.

  • Partner closely with the Growth Office to ensure transparent visibility of opportunities across Practices.

KPI Tracking and Performance Reporting

  • Deliver timely dashboards and insights that monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, win/loss rates, and revenue forecasts.

  • Build and maintain intuitive reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into performance trends and bottlenecks.

  • Track and assess pre-sales metrics-client outreach, proposal volume, conversion rates, time-to-close-to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to measure campaign and conference ROI, connecting engagement activity to lead generation and revenue outcomes.

  • Monitor Proposal Hub effectiveness, ensuring transparency around its impact on team capacity, proposal quality, and win rate.

Strategic Analysis and Executive Reporting

  • Support strategic planning through scenario modeling, performance tracking, and forward-looking growth analysis.

  • Develop concise, high-quality analyses and visual reports for the CGO.

  • Create clear, compelling materials that distill trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership and account meetings.

Whats needed?

  • Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (advanced degree/certification preferred).

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial analytics, or business operations - ideally within consulting, professional services, or life sciences.

  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, KPI tracking, and pipeline analysis.

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).

  • High proficiency in Excel and analytical reporting, with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convert data into compelling business narratives.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with high accuracy, initiative, and ownership.
