Accountable Recruitment are working with an organisation based in Birchwood for an Assistant Accountant on a temporary ongoing basis.

The role will be reporting directly into the Financial Controller assisting with year end accounts and analysing data.

This opportunity will involve 2 days per week onsite and 3 days working from home. You will also be expected to travel to Yorkshire for 1 day every couple of weeks.

- Salary range will be between £25,000 - £30,000
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 40 hours per week with working hours 8.30pm - 5.00pm

Duties will include:

- Assist with the year end process, preparing financial information for year end.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Reviewing stock and reconciling
- Allocating purchase invoices to specific projects
- Analysing job costing against budget
- Assisting with invoicing as and when required

The successful candidate must have:
- Similar experience in a similar role
- Ability to analyse data
- Good Excel skills
