Accountable recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic Credit control administrator to join a friendly team based near Prescot.

Salary: £20,000
Hours: 9-5


This role looks for an ambitious individual looking to assist the Finance Manager in the day-to-day running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:


* Setting up new customer accounts, following credit check process
* Notifying daily sales invoices through invoice finance
* Dealing with various customer queries
* Resolving billing queries in a efficient and timely manner
* Credit control maintenance, to ensure payments are received on time
* Work closely with the Finance Manager when required to minimise the occurrence of problem debts
* Organising any refunds or adjustments
* Process and send monthly customer statements
* Daily reconciliation of Trust bank accounts
* Liaise with other colleagues to ensure any anomalies are investigated and resolved
* Other duties appropriate to the role Skills and abilities.

Essential:


* Good communication skills
* Ability to prioritise and organise workload
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Have a practical and methodical approach to tasks
* Able to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
* Good numeracy skills
