Duties / responsibilities
- Produce and compile production paperwork in line with production schedule
- Product and compile customer specific packing information
- Dealing with customer service calls
- Liasing with our production & despatch team regarding customer deliveries
Qualities / Skills Required
- Confidence to deal with queries with other departments
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Communication and team / relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Problem-solving approach to work
- Reliability and integrity
- Ability to work under own Initiative
- Positive 'can do attitude'
- IT skills - Excel, Outlook, Word
