At Accountable Recruitment we have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Team Leader - Data Entry Clerk, My client is experiencing rapid expansion so will be looking for fill this role with a matter of urgency.

Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week // Full-time // Permanent // Salary £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year // Yearly bonus //


Office based, data entry or administration experience would be advantageous.
Some main duties include:

  • Check daily for tasks allocated by the Team Leader, ensuring they are completed and any specific instruction or advice is understood and followed
  • In the absence of the Team Leader to monitor and allocate tasks and support colleagues as necessary
  • Provide administrative support to the Process Team and other teams where necessary
  • Cross check all information as necessary to confirm its accuracy
  • Import case information swiftly and accurately using agreed processes and systems
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams across the business ensuring the efficient completion of processes
  • Review, identify and correct errors when they occur
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
