Accountable recruitment are looking for a Finance executive to join a market leading business based in Liverpool city centre.

This position looks for an adaptable individual with basic finance understanding to further their development in a fast paced role


Hours: 9-5
Salary: £21,000-£25,000

Hybrid working!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily updating all claimed files and preparing journals to allocate income to the appropriate cost centre.
  • Working with the other departments to extract approved claims from customer database
  • Maintaining up to date supply chain self billing agreements as required.
  • Working with the Claims Analyst to maintain supply chain statement of accounts
  • The processing of approved sales invoices
  • Update spreadsheet based records
  • Act as point of contact for claim-related queries
  • Development and generation of self-billing processes
  • To prepare reporting on the supply chain claim cycle to monitor the efficiency of transaction processing and provider payment.

Key skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with high volumes of data
  • Excellent excel spreadsheet skills, comfortable with pivot tables and manipulating data
  • Able to work within a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and work to strict reporting deadlines
