Accountable Recruitment are currently looking for a Receptionist to join a fast-paced law firm based in Liverpool City Centre.

Salary: Up to £21,000

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm

Fully office based.

The day-to-day duties include:

  • Being the first point of contact for clients entering the office
  • Taking phone calls and messages
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Arranging and preparing meeting rooms
  • Providing overflow relief to Legal Secretaries including typing requirements i.e. letters, memorandums, forms, documents, statements, other accounts and change of data if required.
  • Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence via audio dictation
  • Providing a high-quality service to clients, catering for all their needs whilst maintaining rapport and building strong working relationships.
  • Diary management, updating records and preparing any other administrative function as required.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Administrative role experience
  • Able to work under pressure
  • IT proficient
  • Organisational skills
  • Able to work well within a team
