An interim opportunity has risen for a well-established, market - leading client for an interim Group Consolidations Manager for a period of 3-6 Months - potentially longer for the right individual.

The duties of the role will involve:

  • This is to help with the implementation on Konsolidator (new consolidation system), but much more focused on the Balance Sheet Consolidation side, including the various acquisition and minority interest journals.
  • Significant consolidation experience, or ideally experience of implementing a consolidation system
  • Developing the consol journals in Konsolidator, getting it to work and then reconciling back to the Excel consol.
  • My client is currently looking at P11 last year (Feb, as we are Mar year-end), and then will roll-it forward to the current year to catch up with our Excel consol, before taking over from it in several months' time.
  • Monthly reporting to the wider business
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process around the balance sheet, cash flow and working capital
  • Completing technical consolidations entries including mergers, acquisitions and capital transactions

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with a good amount of post-qualified experience ideally in a consolidations role
  • Experience of producing consolidated accounts for
  • Use of Konsolidator would be advantageous
