At Accountable Recruitment we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator for a fast growing successful business in the Wirral area.
** Salary £21000 + depending on experience **
** Fully office based **
** Permanent **
Responsibilities to include:-
- Compiling weekly tracker Report
- Calculating private mileage from weekly tracker reports (entering cost onto timesheet).
- Monitor and record speeding of engineers each week.
- Preparation of engineers/apprentice timesheets for payroll department (allocating hours from emails onto timesheets)
- Checking hours that are submitted (overtime etc.) against trackers and work reports.
- Allocates engineers working hours on job sheets onto Clik for sales invoicing.
- Emailing engineers for missing job sheets and update spreadsheet.
- Creation of weekly missing job sheet report for distribution.
- Chasing up engineers for weekend work via email/phone.
- Sending out job numbers for engineers each morning.
- Raising sales credit when needed.
- Managing of engineer's expenses for overnights, booking of engineer's hotels.
- Ensuring all other expenses are added to timesheets, and ensure john has receipts.
- Checking credit card statements - VAT invoices for hotel payments or chasing invoices for other payments made.
- Cross checking Premier inn and Travelodge monthly statements.
- Chasing any outstanding refunds for hotels etc.
- Completing holiday/absence forms for engineers as and when requested.
