Accountable Recruitment have a new and exciting opportunity for a Lettings Assistant to join an ever-growing property management team based in Liverpool.
Full time/ Permanent Role.
Hours: Weekdays - 9am-5pm
Saturdays based on a rota basis - 1 Saturday every 2-3 weeks, will receive a weekday off in return.
Salary: Up to £21,000
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Work under the Accommodation Manager on marketing of properties
- Respond to inbound enquiries
- Ensure tenants have paid deposits and signed tenancy agreements
- Manage and update the office systems including databases, spreadsheets, emails and files
- Liaise with Facilities to ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly
- Assist with check-in and check-outs
- Other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Office Manager
- Assist in allocations and tenancy generation
- Assist with viewings
The ideal candidate will be:
- Hardworking, motivated individual
- Outgoing, able to fit into a friendly team
- Able to communicate efficiently
- Passionate about fulfilling a career in property
- Social media savvy
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
