Accountable Recruitment are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join a diverse and friendly team based in Speke.

Salary: £25,000
Fully office based

This role seeks an indinvidual

Key responsibilities :

  • Daily posting of all bank receipts to the sales ledger including receipts from third party credit card agencies.
  • Reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Processing customer credit notes.
  • Dealing with customer queries.
  • Working alongside Credit Controller to maintain sales ledger accuracy.
  • Review all new customer accounts to ensure data is correct in the system.

Key skills:

  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills
