Accountable Executive are exclusively recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer for one of our clients in Runcorn. As CFO, you will be responsible for the financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. As part of the execution of the financial strategy you will be required to prepare, lead and take the business through a fund raising process to achieve medium and longer term goals. Working closely with the Managing Director and the executive team you will enable them to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy, funding, cashflow and operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Produce financial models, reporting and presentation packs for fund raising / investment
  • Create and present financial and strategic recommendations to the board
  • Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
  • Ensure legal compliance on all financial matters
  • Manage relationships with banks and investors



To succeed in this role, you must be a fully qualified accountant, have experience of leading your business through a successful fund raise process and growth programme.
