Here at Accountable we have an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation as a Customer Liaison Executive.


Location: Chester


Salary: Up to £22,000


Day to day duties will include:

  • Managing customer complaints and queries
  • Prioritise and plan workload to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries both verbally and in writing

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Great communication skills
  • Key attention to detail
  • Team working skills, whilst also able to work independently
