Accountable Recruitment are working with an expanding company based in Liverpool City Centre for a Purchase ledger Clerk.

Salary: £22,000-24,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30

Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices on a daily basis
  • Match, batch and code invoices
  • Process payments and expense claims
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Making payments via BACS and cheques

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
  • Previous knowledge of dealing with employee expense claims
  • Previous experience of contributing to the development of financial control processes
  • A team player with good interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
