You will work alongside an established, friendly team and receive study support to help further your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Purchase Ledger Clerk to run the function
  • Matching and processing a high volume of invoices to purchase orders
  • Payment runs for suppliers and ensuring their details are kept up to date
  • Monthly statement reconciliations
  • Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting with all finance functions

Experience:

  • Strong teamwork/communication skills
  • Adaptable to using new sytems
  • Confident and resilient
  • Able to organise own workload and to reprioritise at short notice to meet deadlines
  • Able to investigate issues thoroughly to get to the root of problems
