Accounts Assistant / £26,000 / Skelmersdale / Full time / Permanent

Accountable Recruitment are wishing to speak to candidates who are looking for an Accounts Assistant role within an SME business in Skelmersdale on a full-time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will support the Finance Manager with day to day finance.

Package: up to £26,000- 25 days holiday plus BHs -

Location: Skelmersdale - parking on site - office- based role

Job Duties;

  • Full maintenance of the Purchase and Sales ledger functions
  • Bank and statement reconciliations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
  • Credit Control when necessary via phone and email
  • Resolving queries professionally
  • Use of Excel and the ERP system efficiently
  • Taking responsibility of your own set of accounts and workload

Who will I report in to?

This role will report in to the Finance Manager

When will interviews be taking place?

Interview will be happening as soon as possible

Ideal experience?

  • Good Communication skills to speaking to the wider team
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience in a similar role
