At Accountable Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a market leading company in the Knowsley area

** Salary Up to £22000 DOE **
** Monday to Friday - Full time - Permanent **

Main responsibilities to include:-

  • Processing sales orders with strict attention to detail
  • Answering email and telephone enquiries
  • Providing support to the internal teams
  • Updating customer profiles i.e. pricing
  • General admin duties i.e. filing, organising as and when required
  • Liaising with warehouse, customers, and suppliers


The ideal candidate:-

  • Good communication skills
  • Team working abilities
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent numeracy & literacy skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good IT knowledge
