Accountable Recruitment are working with a very reputable organisation based in Speke for a Payroll Team Leader

Hybrid working pattern - 3 at home and 2 in office
Core hours - 8.30am-5pm (fully flexible)
Salary £35,000-£38,000 DOE

Duties include;

• Manage day to day activity of Payroll Analysts
• Coach and develop team of 3 payroll analysts increasing wider knowledge
• Liaise with third parties such as HMRC regarding payments, deductions and tax etc
• Perform accurate data calculations and analysis of payroll for the group
• Provide payroll technical advice and expertise to colleagues

The ideal candidate will;

• CIPP or AAT qualified or working towards qualification desirable
• Proven track record in a similar environment
• Results driven with strong analytical skills
• Up to date knowledge of Payroll and Benefits legislation
• Strong numeracy skills
