Finance Manager / Wrexham / £35,000 - £45,000

A rapidly growing business based in Wrexham are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join in a newly created position!

This is an fantastic opportunity to join at a really exciting time for the company as they forecast rapid growth - the right person will be a strong communicator able to get stuck in to everything and keen on driving business forward (in terms of forecasts, HR initiatives and new business ideas)

Key Responsibilities will involve:

• Assisting with production of monthly management accounts and presenting to senior managers
• Costing and pricing analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Supporting with maintenance of ERP and getting involved with implementations
• Monitoring the sales and purchase ledgers
• Driving performance of the business by suggesting cost reductions, process improvements and business ideas
• Supporting the business' strategic growth
• Helping with general HR / Office support where necessary

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Finance position
• Advanced Excel skills and adapts to systems
• Strong communication skills required in this position
• Excited by a challenge
