Accountable Recruitment are currently supporting an SME business in Birchwood as they forecast impressive growth with the recruitment of an experienced Finance / Office Manager. This is a dynamic role with duties in Finance, People Management, HR, Logistics and Office management.

Location: Birchwood

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Package: Flexibility with start/finish times, opportunity for some WFH days after initial period

Duties to include;

  • Responsible for all Accounts preparation in liaison with the external Accountant
  • Supporting 2 administrators in their training and acting as direct line manager
  • Serve as the point person for Office Manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR to maintain office policies as necessary and support staff
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment and system queries
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Forecasting and supporting the Management team with key business decisions

Skills;

  • Experience in a varied role like above
  • SME experience is preferable
  • Good with systems - Xero is ideal
  • Values that match that of the business is essential.
