Accountable Recruitment are proudly representing a Runcorn based client as they grow their Finance team. They are recruiting for a Trainee Assistant Management Accountant to join and work closely with all functions and alongside a dynamic team and experienced FC.

This Trainee Management Accountant role could be ideal for junior candidates with some finance exposure or AAT studiers looking to gain practical experience.

Key duties of the Trainee Assistant Management Accountant:

• Assisting with weekly P+L's
• Supporting with month end duties including prepayments, accruals, journals
• Bank reconciliations
• Cash flow reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Posting of PO's to the system
• Supporting the wider team across functions (Sales ledger / Purchase ledger)

Experience required to apply:

• Basic Finance knowledge is required
• Good technical skills (Microsoft packages including Excel)
• Good communication skills to liaise internally and externally
