This critical role will focus on driving financial strategy and supporting the commercial growth of the business during this period.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial strategy for the organisation, with a focus on maximising profitability and supporting sustainable growth during the contract period.
- Provide strategic financial insights to guide business decisions, particularly in project finance, cost control, and capital investment.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to drive commercial performance and ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring they are robust and aligned with the organisation's goals.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and standards, optimising processes and systems where necessary.

Ideal Candidate:

- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with significant experience in a senior finance role
- Proven success in driving financial strategy and achieving commercial results within a complex, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering strategic financial value.
- Experience in managing significant projects and capital investments is essential.
