Regional Finance Business Partner / Liverpool (Hybrid Working) / £60,000 - £65,000 plus a great benefits package.

We're proud to be partnering with our client who are a leading national organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the organisation embarking on a significant period of growth and transformation.

As Finance Business Partner, you will provide key financial support to the Directors across your region. You'll be integral in driving financial performance across large-scale operational projects and ensuring business-as-usual targets are met.

Key duties:

  • As a Regional Finance Business Partner, your role will involve working closely with the operations to drive financial performance, ensuring cost control, and maintaining a culture of strong financial discipline.
  • You will support your business units with cost-efficiency programmes, partnering with divisional directors and regional business unit managers to identify opportunities for operational cost savings.
  • You will work closely with finance analysts to create accurate cost forecasts for your business unit areas.
  • You will lead review meetings with the operational teams to assess performance against financial plans, addressing any cost-related challenges. Ensuring weekly performance reporting, to track and minimise variances at period-end.

Key skills:

  • Previous experience working as a Finance Business Partner
  • Strong stakeholder management - able to support and challenge senior non-financial stakeholders.
  • Able to interpret and communicate financial data, identifying financial risks, trends, and opportunities.
  • Able to thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
