Key Responsibilities


As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. Your duties will include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Delivering insightful financial analysis and reporting to influence business decisions and improve operational performance.
  • Collaborating with department heads to prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive cost efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Conducting detailed performance reviews and identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Providing financial modelling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions and long-term planning.
  • Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Preparing and presenting financial information to senior management, ensuring complex financial data is communicated clearly and effectively.

About You


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
